IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT TICKETS - PLEASE READ ME!
You will need the first and last name and date of birth of everyone you are purchasing a ticket for.
There is a limit of 6 tickets of each type (i.e. 6 event and 6 camping) per transaction
No, tickets cannot be transferred into another person’s name. This is not negotiable.
Tickets will not be sent out until the week commencing July 2nd.
Accepted Credit Cards are VISA & MASTERCARD ONLY
Even though your ticket will have your name printed on it we cannot issue a replacement. Treat your tickets like cash - keep them somewhere safe.
Refunds are only available once you have received the tickets and not before. At this stage there are no plans for a 2nd release or for refunded tickets to go back on sale.
What forms of photo ID will I need to get into the festival?
Driver's licenses, Proof of Age Cards or a current, valid passport. For over-18s, student ID cards do not qualify, nor do household bills .
For under-18s who don’t have a driver's license or a current, valid passport we will also accept a copy of your birth certificate PLUS one of the following: a student ID card, a bus pass or a bank account statement in your name.
